• Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of course material is strictly prohibited
• Course content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws

• Regular attendance is strongly recommended for effective learning
• Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during classes
• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund

We reserve the right to:

• Change faculty members
• Modify class schedules or batch timings
• Reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances

Such changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

• Stock market investments are subject to market risks
• Trading and investing decisions should be made based on individual judgment
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred by students

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise
• Missed classes or inability to attend does not entitle a student to a refund
• Any exception will be at the sole discretion of the institute
